Voters in Cedar Falls Ward 5, Precinct 2, who normally vote at Orchard Hill Church on Orchard Hill Drive, will combine with the voters of Cedar Falls Ward 5, Precinct 3 to vote at Trinity Bible Church (125 Orchard Drive).
