The Black Hawk County Solid Waste Management Commission will be co-sponsoring the drop-off event with the City of Waterloo on Saturday, April 8 from 9 am–2 pm. The City of Waterloo has offered to host the event at the Waterloo Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 3505 Easton Ave., but this commission-sponsored event is open to all Black Hawk County citizens with residential materials.
