Garbage Collection
There will be no garbage collection November 26th and 27th. Residents having Thursday as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24th. Residents having Friday as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25th.
There will be no large item pickup during this week. Large item pickup will resume on Monday, November 30th.
Transfer Station
The Transfer Station will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 26th and 27th. It will be open regular hours Saturday, November 28th, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the last load accepted at 2:45 PM.
Seasonal Compost Facility
The Seasonal Compost Facility will be open Thursday through Saturday. It will close for the season Monday, November 30th.
Yard Waste Collection
As a reminder to residents, from December through March of 2016, Monday yard waste collection will be on a call-in basis. Please call 319-273-8629 to make arrangements for pickup.
