A meeting will be held November 19th to review rental and zoning ordinance changes. City Staff will lead the meeting, beginning with review of the multiple approaches underway. Key ordinance changes from February 2015 will be covered along with feedback that has been received. The presentation will conclude with staff recommendations on how to improve the ordinance. Public comments are encouraged at the meeting. Final recommendations will be presented to City Council at a later date for adoption.
The meeting will take place in the Municipal Operations & Programming Conference Room at the Public Works facility, 2200 Technology Parkway.
