Garbage Collection
There will be no garbage collection November 27th and 28th. Residents having Thursday as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 25th. Residents having Friday as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 26th.
There will be no large item pickup during this week. Large item pickup will resume on Monday, December 1st.
Transfer Station
The Transfer Station will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th. It will be open regular hours Saturday, November 29th, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the last load accepted at 2:45 PM.
Seasonal Compost Facility
The Seasonal Compost Facility will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th. It will be open regular hours Saturday, November 29th, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It will close for the season Monday, December 1st.
Yard Waste Collection
As a reminder to residents, from December through March of 2015, Monday yard waste collection will be on a call-in basis. Please call 319-273-8629 to make arrangements for pickup.
