Due to the weather, the setting of the pedestrian bridge over Hwy. 58 has been postponed to Monday, June 3rd. Beginning at 8:00 pm, the contractor constructing the bridge will require a road closure of IA Hwy. 58 between Greenhill Road and Viking Road to set the pedestrian bridge in place. The road closure will be in effect for approximately 9 hours over night. If the weather doesn’t allow for the setting of the bridge, the road closure will be scheduled for Tuesday, June 4th. During the closure, traffic will be rerouted to Hudso Road via Viking and Greenhill Roads. Use the link below to view a map of the detour.
This closure was previously scheduled for May 29th, but has been postponed due to the weather.
