Black Hawk County has launched a new service for notifying residents of weather, emergency and community announcements. If you have a published land line, your number has already been added to the emergency notification list. You can create and manage your own account to add unpublished land lines, cell phones, testing and email.
If you want to receive weather alerts, you must, and are most strongly encouraged to sign up.
