Starting Thursday, July 20, 2023, the contractor will begin reconstruction of the alley from West 13th Street to West 14th Street between Franklin Street and Clay Street. In order for the contractor to begin, an alley closure will be required. The closure will be in effect for four (5) to six (6) weeks, depending on the weather. Please see the closure area highlighted below.
For safety's sake, please stay away from the construction area. Heavy equipment will be moving back and forth on the closed alley. It would be advisable to stay behind the sidewalk on the property side during the reconstruction work.
