Downtown Streetscape and Reconstruction Project- On East 4th Street, the contractor will continue placing the brick pavers and on-site ammenities. The intersection of Main Street and 4th Street will be reopened to traffic by Monday, November 1. The only remaining work for this construction season will be wrapping up within a few weeks, ahead of the holiday season.

West 1st Street/HWY 57 Expansion- For the week of November 1st, crews will be finishing the last of punch list items along the corridor from Highland to Franklin. As crews work to finalize the project, sidewalk closures and outside lane closures should be expected for work behind the back of curb.

2021 Street Construction Project
Brandilynn Boulevard Stage 3 is ready for backfilling and landscaping. This segment of road is expected to reopen by the beggining of the week starting on October, 25.
McClain Drive Stage 2 will continue to be sodded next week. Once the sodding has been completed, work on this block will be finished.
Kaspend Place will be finishing the placement of the asphalt surface course next week, followed by the landscaping into the following week.

Union Road Recreational Trail
During the week of November 1st, crews continue paving driveways and trail sections through the driveways. Contractor has removed Wild Horse Drive and paving crew has started working on pouring the section back. Crews have removed Beaver Road and will be working on preping the intersection to be poured back.
Cedar Heights Drive Reconstruction (Cedar Heights Drive & Greenhill Road)
For the week of November 1st, crews will be continuing with paving operations on the northern half of the Cedar Heights and Greenhill intersection. The northbound approach and handwork on Cedar Heights Drive will be the focus for paving during the week. Crew will also continue with work south of the intersection by finishing placement of storm sewer, and placement of rock on the grade to prepare for paving. East and Westbound traffic on Greenhill Road will be maintained throughout construction.
Cyber Lane
Crews have been working on setting the footing for the concrete pipe apron and storm inlets. During the week of November 1st, crews will continue to work on storm sewer installation and related items.
West 27th Street Sanitary Sewer Extension
For the week of November 1st, crews will be continuing with underground sanitary sewer installation work south of W. 27th Street. Crews will continue northerly as they work their way to the new High School. At this time W. 27th Street will remain open, but a future full-width closure of W. 27th Street should be expected in early November as crews work their way North.
2021 Permeable Alley Project (9th/10th Street and Main/State Alley and 12th/13th Street and Washington/Main Alley)
During the week of October 25th, crews have paved the approaches and sidewalk section on the W. 12th and W. 13th alley, and next week will be placing brick and working on attaching the driveways. For the E. 9th and E. 10th Alley, Contractor has placed the asphalt wedge connecting the church driveway and just needs the seed placed, this alley has been opened.

Public Sidewalk Repair and Infill Project
During the week of October 25th, Contractor has continued excavation and pouring sidewalk on Hudson Road from W. 8th Street to W. 12th Street. They should be finishing up concrete at this location for the upcoming week and moving onto either the next infill location or ADA ramps that need replaced at other locations in the City.
CDBG Sidewlak Infill Project
During the week of October 25th, Contractor has started removals, grading and pouring sidewalk on Tuscon Drive, this task will go into next week. Crews have started at the North end and is working South, they plan on removing the trees and continuing excavation in the coming weeks.
