Beginning Tuesday, July 6, 2021, the contractor will begin Stage 2 reconstruction of Brandilynn Boulevard by closing the street from the Andrea Drive intersection east 150 feet. In order for the contractor to begin pavement removal, a full road closure will be required. The road closure will be in effect for up to six (6) weeks, depending on the weather.
For safety's sake, please stay away from the construction area. Heavy equipment will be moving back and forth on the closed street. It would be advisable to stay behind the sidewalk on the property side during the reconstruction work.
During the closure, business access will still be maintained. Refer to the map for the planned business access. The two primarily impacted accesses will be for Blain’s and McDonalds. Signage directing the Walmart and McDonald’s traffic to the east will be maintained from Stage 1.
