The Falls Aquatic Center Conduct Reminder

As the community returns to The Falls Aquatic Center this summer, the City of Cedar Falls reminds users of the zero-tolerance policy against profanity, disrespectful actions toward staff, thefts, and violence at The Falls. If patrons engage in these actions, they will be asked to leave the facility and will not be allowed to return. This includes all locations of the facility including concession areas and parking lots.

To enforce this policy and in response to recent incidents, there will be increased police presence from Cedar Falls Public Safety on-site at The Falls and additional supervisory staff.

Additional actions may be considered if necessary to ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons of The Falls this summer.

Staff thanks the community for their continued patronage and cooperation as we work to provide a fun and safe environment.
