The City of Cedar Falls is conducting a Public Informational Meeting to discuss the planned traffic study along Greenhill Road. The overall objective of this corridor study was to identify the existing and future roadway capacity and safety needs of Greenhill Road from Hudson Road to Cedar Heights Drive. The corridor study included a review of items such as existing conditions, vehicle crashes, access management, turn lanes, number of lanes, intersection control, future development, and the posted speed limit. This study is intended to help determine the short and long range plans for this section of Greenhill Road allowing the City to better plan and budget for future improvements.
This will be the last meeting in regards to this project. The consultant will provide final recommendations for the corridor.
All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting. Doors open at 5:30 pm with a brief presentation at 5:45 pm followed by a time for questions and answers.
