The team at Cedar Falls is still here for you!
To help ensure our staff can continue to safely serve the community amid the COVID-19 emergency, the City of Cedar Falls has put new precautions in place so that we can keep our city moving. This includes rotating one on-site team member in departments such as Administration and Finance and instating new guidelines so that areas such as Planning and Community Services can work remotely to keep projects moving and Cedar Falls growing.
The Cedar Falls IT Department alongside Channel 15 have been working hard to make virtual City Council meetings and Planning and Zoning meetings functional and accessible by the public. IT has also been training and putting in the installing new equipment for staff to utilize online meetings and work from home.
