The primary emphasis of the College Hill Urban Revitalization Plan is the revitalization of residential properties of both single-family and multi-family structures. Both owner occupied and rental residential properties are the target of improvement under this plan. Residential and commercially taxed residential properties may benefit from the exemption or abatement of taxes on the value added by development or redevelopment activities.
Through the utilization of tax exemptions, the City hopes to stimulate and improve the climate for residential conservation, rehabilitation, development or redevelopment in the area.
