Watershed Assessments

A watershed is defined as the area that drains to certain point, like a stream or river. There are several watersheds in Cedar Falls, all of which are part of the Middle Cedar River Watershed, which is part of the Cedar River Watershed, and the Mississippi River Watershed. That is the reason that anything we do in Cedar Falls to our water resources can affect faraway places, including the Gulf of Mexico.
