HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM

The Housing Choice Voucher Program is a rental assistance program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. To be eligible for the program, a household must first meet income requirements. All participants must have an initial gross annual income of less than 50% of area median income. Under the program, the tenant pays a minimum of 30% of their income toward their housing costs.
