This department provides services that support development activities in the City. These services include:
Retaining and creating new jobs
Street design and construction
Administration and enforcement of the City's zoning ordinance
Issuance of land use and other building related permits
Environmentally Sensitive Lands Survey (ESLS) The City of Cedar Falls recently completed the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Survey (ESLS) report.
