The Administration Division implements and coordinates administrative policies and procedures prescribed by the mayor and city council and ensures activities are completed by the appropriate departments.

Responsibilities

Major roles of the division are:
  • City Council goal setting
  • Budget presentation
  • Budget review committee
  • Legislative lobbying
  • Liaison with:
    • Cable Television Commission
    • Cedar Falls Health Trust Fund Board
    • Human Rights Commission
    • MET Transit
    • Sartori Board of Directors
    • Utility Board of Trustees
  • Public relations
