About the Park
Acquired in 1995. Backing up to a residential area, this park serves as a passive tract of land where a branch of the recreation trail winds along the south side of Dry Run Creek to connect to the main trail at the creek bridge.
The land was donated to the Iowa State Normal School now known as the University of Northern Iowa by the Rownd family and was originally the UNI golf course. |
